Pekan Rabu, Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia. When going to Alor Setar, Pekan Rabu is a must visit place.  Repeat, a must go place in Alor Setar. This is the place where they sell all kind of Kedah delicacies. You also can buy some handycraft items in Pekan Rabu. Tradisional garments and stuffs like that. There are also a few  restaurants at the ground floor. Have a taste of whats Kedahan have for their lunch.

Sri Pumpong restaurant. The variety of food served here is marvellous. Cheap too. The place is very near to Kedah Medical Center (KMC). I heard a lot of the Kedahan politician eats here.

FOTOKAMI.  Krew fotokami melawat ke Galeri Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah di bandar Alor Setar. Memang sangat menarik barang-barang kolesi peribadi tuanku. Namun begitu sayang kerana kesemuanya tidak dapat dirakam kerana tidak dibenarkan sebarang  kamera dibawa masuk ke dalam. We have visited the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah gallery just recently. Launch on 22th February 2009. Spancking brand new gallery. Unfortunately we cannot take pictures inside the gallery.  Of course, if we took pictures there and put it on FOTOKAMI then who’s going to visit there. The items included in the gallery is some of the Sultan Kedah personal items and collections.   His wardrobe, his collections of classic guns, swords, armors, etc. If you are in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia you should go there.
